 This is a silk dress that I made for Poppy.  It has a tulle underskirt attached.

 When I took Poppy out, she was bundled up for winter.  It is ninety degrees here today. I said to Poppy, "This will never do! That is the best Russian hat ever, but I can see why you would want to take it off." So, we changed the outfit to another one from LikeTheseDolls.
