The Illusionist

The film is set in Vienna at a time when Crown Prince Leopold aspired to the Emperor's throne. Reminiscent of 'Phantom of the Opera', there was enough neighing horses, rolling carriages, towering castles, and flowing gowns to keep me engrossed in the engaging, but slow moving, action.
What I probably liked the best was the opportunity to scrutinize the male costuming of the period.
.
At some point, our almost complete male gentleman will have to wear something other than jeans. I'm sure Orchid would adore him in any of the film's outfits.
